Help?

I'm about to be really annoying with my blog. I can't figure out how to sync my old blog with this one so i'm going to attempt to copy and paste all my old content onto this one. If you get like 15 posts that are outdated and using old references (Levi was not even a year old when I started blogging...he is almost 5) just move along. Unless you want to read them. That would be cool. #technologicallychallenged.
